Order Processing
The moment your purchase is confirmed, our team starts getting it ready for you. Standard processing takes between 1 and 3 business days, Monday through Friday. As soon as your package is boxed up and handed to the carrier, we will send you an email containing your tracking information.
Keep in mind: Any orders submitted over the weekend or during official holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
Delivery Timeline
Once your package leaves our facility, standard transit time is between 7 and 13 business days. Please be aware that precise delivery dates can fluctuate based on your shipping address, carrier logistics, and unexpected events like severe weather or holiday shipping surges.

Niki New York partners with highly rated domestic carriers across the United States, such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL Express. Our system will automatically choose the most efficient shipping provider based on your specific location and chosen delivery speed.

Simply type in your tracking code or order number to see real-time delivery updates.
