Shipping & Delivery

How long until my order ships?
Our team typically processes and ships orders within 1 to 3 business days. Once the shipping carrier picks up your package, we will send an email containing your tracking information.

When will my package arrive?
After leaving our warehouse, standard deliveries usually take between 7 to 13 business days. Please note that the final arrival date depends on your specific location and the processing speed of the local postal service.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes! We will email you a secure tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. You can check the status of your delivery whenever you'd like by entering your order or tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a refund, the products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their brand-new condition with the original tags fully intact.

Do you offer item exchanges?
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different color or size, simply return your original item for a refund and place a fresh order for the correct product.

Are return shipping fees covered?
Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs. We strongly suggest purchasing a trackable shipping method to guarantee your items arrive safely at our returns center.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives at our facility, we require 2 to 4 business days to inspect the items and process your refund. From there, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for your credit card provider or bank to reflect the credited amount on your statement.

Orders & Payments

What forms of payment do you take?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. For your convenience, you can also use mobile payment options like Google Pay and Apple Pay during the checkout process.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact our support team right away if you need to make changes. Our warehouse processes orders very fast, but we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request as long as the shipment hasn't left our building.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
First, check your spam, promotions, or junk mailboxes. If you still cannot locate it, simply send an email to support@nikinewyork.com and our team will be happy to forward a new copy to your inbox.
